In Kharkiv, municipal workers inspected Shevchenko Garden, the squares near Mirror Stream and "Strelka," as well as Hryhorivskyi Bor to determine if there are ticks in these green areas. This was reported by the press service of KP "Kharkivzelenbud" on April 15.

"Specialists dragged a sturdy fabric across the grass, and ticks clung to it. Then the fabric was carefully examined, and the found specimens were selected for detailed inspection," the statement said.

Ticks were found only in Hryhorivskyi Bor and sent for research. KP "Kharkivzelenbud" noted that inspections of other parks and squares under the municipal enterprise's jurisdiction are ongoing.
