As part of the campaign, on April 12, 2018, Chief T.V. Kucheryavenko and forest pathologist engineer O.M. Synytska from the Supervision and Forecasting Department conducted a thematic lecture for 2nd-4th year students of Chuhuiv-Babchanskyi Forest College. The students are specializing in "Forestry" and "Hunting Management."

Such thematic lectures play a crucial role in training forestry specialists. In their professional activities, forest masters will not only grow and monitor forests but also protect them from harmful insects and diseases. Ukraine's forestry sector requires highly qualified forestry specialists.

Students of CBFC were shown photo and video materials of the main types of harmful insects and forest diseases.

During the lecture, an active dialogue took place between students, teachers, and specialists from DSLP "Kharkivlisozakhyst" on current forest protection issues.

Historically, most students of Chuhuiv-Babchanskyi Forest College did not end up there by chance. For many forestry families, this has become a tradition passed down from ancestors. This youth bears a double responsibility – pride for their predecessors and the accumulation of their own knowledge.
