Specialists from the state specialized forest protection enterprise "Kharkivlisozakhyst" continue to introduce schoolchildren to the work of forest protection in the Kharkiv region. An educational lesson was conducted for 4th-grade students of Pokotylivska Secondary School No. 2.

During the lecture, students learned about the basics of forest cultivation, from collecting cones to the development of seedlings in forest nurseries. They were also informed about the main types of harmful insects that damage tree crowns and the measures taken by the forest protection service to preserve forest areas. The discussion covered the rules for collecting primroses and their conservation in natural habitats, as well as safety guidelines for behavior in forests during fire-prone periods.
